Description

Coach Jon has joined up with a team from the IFTP ( Institute of Functional Training & Performance ).The workouts and conditioning at Champions is what seperates their fighters from others in the south. Athletes come from all over to train with our fighters.Its football players ,baseball players ,high school wrestlers and mix martial artists from other gyms, all come to train with coach Jon. The innovative training and functional performance training he is doing is on a different level.
